California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Addendum

This Addendum to the Privacy Statement of Direct Software Limited (“DSL”) addresses the specific requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applies to residents of California. 1. Information We Collect

DSL has collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

  • Identifiers such as a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers.
  • Categories of personal information described in subdivision (e) of Section 1798.80 (California customer records statute) such as a name, signature, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information.
  • Commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an Internet Web site, application, or advertisement.
  • Geolocation data.
  • Professional or employment-related information.
  • Inferences drawn from any of the information identified to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

2. Your Rights under the CCPA

Under the CCPA, California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. These rights include:

  • The right to know what personal information is being collected about them.
  • The right to know whether their personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom.
  • The right to say no to the sale of personal information.
  • The right to access their personal information.
  • The right to equal service and price, even if they exercise their privacy rights.

3. Requests for Information, Deletion, and Opt-Out

You can exercise your rights to request access to your personal information, request the deletion of your personal information, or opt-out of the sale of your personal information by contacting us at:

We will verify your request using the information associated with your account, including email address. Consumers can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf.

4. Sale of Personal Information

DSL does not sell personal information of consumers as defined under the CCPA.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

5. Changes to Our CCPA Notice

We reserve the right to amend this CCPA notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this CCPA notice, we will post the updated notice on our website here: https://www.allegrow.co/ccpa-privacy-statement
